Journal of Dynamics and Control (JDC)
Journal of Dynamics and Control (JDC), founded in 2003, is a leading international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing the fields of dynamics and control systems, and is sponsored by Hunan University.
Over the past few years, JDC has sustained its significance in the fields of engineering and mathematics, particularly in applications where dynamic behavior must be managed under uncertain and time-varying conditions. Whether in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or industrial systems, the ability to maintain system stability and performance under real-world conditions is a critical challenge. This is especially true for systems with nonlinear dynamics, where conventional control methods often fail to provide robust solutions. Nonlinear systems, particularly those that exhibit time-varying parameters or uncertain external disturbances, present significant challenges to traditional control strategies. While methods such as linear control, adaptive control, and sliding mode control have been widely studied and applied, these approaches often require accurate knowledge of system dynamics or fail to account for the complex, uncertain nature of many real-world systems.
The main aim of JDC is to inspire authors who not only address fundamental theoretical challenges but also offer practical solutions and innovations to highlight the advancements in global impact. JDC strives to maintain a high standard of excellence, with a focus on relevance, rigor, and creativity for its readership.
Journal of Dynamics and Control (JDC) has experienced significant international growth in recent years, which strengthened the bond between the Chinese and Foreign authors. Considering the need to extend its reach beyond boundaries, and to acknowledge the contribution of authors from the global academic community, JDC has initiated its operations in United Kingdom (UK) through its Liaison office. Today, JDC continues to thrive its operations from China and the United Kingdom (UK), and facilitating the research community from all around the world.
